Senior Quantity Surveyor

A fast-paced Cost Management consultancy working alongside a range of retail brands is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Quantity Surveyor for their London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working closely with an Associate QS and Director, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on retail and fit-out projects for major food retailers across the UK, delivering schemes from inception through to completion, with support from the wider team.

As well as being involved in project delivery, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall have the opportunity to get involved in mentoring/management, and undertaking client facing roles.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
MRICS would be a bonus, not essential
Retail / food retail project experience would be a massive advantage
Pre and post cost management experience
Cost planning and contract administration experience
Comfortable managing multiple projectsIn Return?

£60,000 – £65,000
