Quantity Surveyor

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor for tier 1 construction company working on highway infrastructure services for a temp to perm position to start ASAP

Some key responsibilities:

* Commercial & contract management of NEC4 including pricing works, compensation events and admin vis CEMAR

* Ensuring accurate measurement form site records, timely payment notifications and agreement of final accounts

* workingclosely with clients, operations teas and supply chain to support valuations, resolve queries, and manage risksand opportunities

You will need

* Minimum HND/HNC in quantity surveying

* 5+ years construction industry exprience

* NEC 4 contract knowledge (options A, C & E) is essential

* Ability to price works using first principles
