Blue Water Recruitment are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor supporting NEC contracts and major project woks for highway infrastructure on a temp to perm basis starting ASAP
Key Responsibilities include:
* Price works and compensation events
* Attending client and commercial meetings
* Administer NEC4 contracts (options A, C & E) using CEMAR
Essential Requirements:
* Strong NEC4 knowledge
* HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
Other requirements:
* Good excel and data analysis skills
* 5+ years on construction/major project (£500k-£5m)
