Fire Door Installer

Fraser Edwards are recruiting FRA Carpenters on behalf of a well-established and leading Social Housing Contractor. Due to continued growth and long-term contracts, the business is expanding its Fire Safety team, offering a secure and rewarding opportunity to join a company with a strong reputation and a clear future.

The Role

You will play a key part in delivering vital fire safety works across occupied social housing properties, helping to ensure compliance and tenant safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Installing, repairing, and maintaining fire doors in properties and communal areas

*

Fitting single and double fire doors, including front entrance doors

*

Carrying out FRA-related remedial works in line with current fire safety regulations

*

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of workmanship and compliance

*

Working professionally and respectfully in occupied homes

Desirable

*

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry or City & Guilds qualification

*

Previous social housing experience

*

Experience carrying out FRA or fire door works
