Architectural Technologist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist with a strong background in sports and leisure projects to join our team. The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering technically complex projects, including schemes with construction values of £5m+, and will be highly proficient in Revit within a BIM-led environment.

This role is focused on the technical delivery of projects, working closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure designs are translated into robust, buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of sports and leisure projects across multiple RIBA stages

Take responsibility for technically complex projects valued at £5m+

Produce, manage, and coordinate detailed technical packages using Revit

Develop and maintain BIM models in line with project and office standards

Coordinate consultant information and resolve technical interfaces

Support project teams through planning, technical design, and construction stages

Review contractor information and respond to technical queries

Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, standards, and best practice

This will be a hybrid role after probabtion (2 days working from home)
