Multiple sites across London, Milton Keynes, Luton and surrounding areas
Travel between sites required

Job Overview

We are a growing interior residential fit-out subcontractor delivering high-quality works across multiple live residential projects. We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on site, manage subcontract trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

The role involves managing several sites concurrently, liaising closely with main contractors, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations across multiple residential fit-out projects

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades

Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality standards

Maintain high levels of health & safety compliance on all sites

Conduct site inspections, quality checks and snagging

Liaise with main contractors, site teams and clients

Manage materials, deliveries and logistics

Report on progress, delays and issues to senior management

Ensure works are completed to specification and client expectations

Requirements

Proven experience in residential interior fit-out

Strong site management or project management background

Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously

Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations

SMSTS / SSSTS (preferred)

First Aid (preferred)

Full UK driving licence
