Remuneration: £45,000 – £55,000

The role of the Estimator – Glazing will involve:

* The Estimator will be working on a range of internal fit out projects estimating a range of glazing screening partitions.

* Liaising with main contractors on a range of commercial projects across the office sector

* Prepare accurate cost estimates and tenders for interior office glazing and partition systems

* Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

* Produce detailed material take-offs and pricing schedules

* Liaise with main contractors on enquiries, clarifications, and value engineering

* Source and assess supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing

* Identify risks, exclusions, and assumptions within tenders

* Support project handover to delivery and commercial teams Typical project values ranging from £10k to £1m

* Majority of your time will be spent in the central London office

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Glazing experience with:

* Must have 2+ years’ experience as an estimator within Commercial glazing, curtain walling, interior partitions, drywall etc

* Ideally experience working with tier 1 contractors

* Must have a good understanding of technical drawings

* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

* Driven, hungry, ambitious and enthusiastic
