Technical Services Manager – Commercial Fit Out

A leading commercial fit out contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager to support the delivery of high-value CAT A & CAT B projects across London and the South East.

This is a key role within the project team, taking full ownership of building services from pre-construction through to handover on fast-paced, design-led schemes.

The Role

*

Manage and coordinate MEP services across multiple commercial fit out projects

*

Lead services design development, technical reviews and value engineering

*

Oversee subcontractor procurement, technical submissions and coordination

*

Act as the main point of contact for consultants, designers and specialist contractors

*

Drive quality, programme and compliance through to commissioning and handover

*

Support pre-construction with buildability reviews and tender input

About You

*

Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager or MEP Manager within commercial fit out

*

Strong background delivering CAT A / CAT B office projects

*

Technically strong across HVAC, electrical and public health services

*

Confident managing consultants and specialist subcontractors

*

Commercially aware, organised and delivery-focused

*

Comfortable working across live sites and head office in Maidenhead
