Site Manager – Healthcare / Hospital Projects – London

I am currently recruiting a Site Manager to join a main contractor based in London to work on healthcare & education projects in London and the M25 area ranging in value between £500k to £5 million.

The Candidate – must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a contract manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
