Mechanical Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out

A well-established mechanical contractor specialising in commercial fit out is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver CAT A & CAT B projects across office, retail and mixed-use schemes, with mechanical package values up to £3–5m.

This is a hands-on role managing projects from pre-construction through to final handover, working closely with main contractors, consultants and site teams.

The Role

*

Manage mechanical services delivery on commercial fit out projects

*

Take full ownership of mechanical packages up to £3–5m

*

Oversee HVAC, ductwork, pipework and associated plant installations

*

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal site teams

*

Manage programme, cost control and variations

*

Lead commissioning, snagging and final handover processes

About You

*

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within commercial fit out

*

Strong technical background in HVAC and building services

*

Experience delivering mechanical packages valued up to £3–5m

*

CAT A / CAT B project experience essential

*

Commercially astute, organised and delivery-focused

*

SMSTS / CSCS preferred
