Senior Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out

A leading commercial fit out contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-value CAT A & CAT B projects ranging from £5–10m across the commercial sector.

This role offers full project ownership from pre-construction through to handover, working closely with clients, consultants and internal delivery teams on fast-paced, design-led schemes.

The Role

*

Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial fit out projects valued £5–£10m

*

Lead site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners

*

Manage programme, cost control, variations and risk

*

Chair client, consultant and progress meetings

*

Oversee design coordination, procurement and buildability

*

Drive quality, health & safety and timely handover

About You

*

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial fit out sector

*

Track record delivering CAT A / CAT B projects in the £5–10m range

*

Strong commercial and contractual awareness

*

Confident managing multiple stakeholders and fast-track programmes

*

SMSTS / CSCS required
