An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a major commercial development in South West London. The project value is approximately £130m, offering long-term security and exposure to a high-profile scheme.

This role provides clear progression to Senior Quantity Surveyor upon completion of the project, making it ideal for an ambitious QS looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial management of a large-scale commercial project

Procurement and management of subcontractor packages

Cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow management

Valuations, variations and final accounts

Working closely with the project and site teams to ensure commercial success

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on commercial or large construction projects

Strong understanding of cost control and contractual procedures

Ability to work autonomously while supporting wider project teams

Relevant construction or commercial qualification (preferred)

Package:

£55,000 – £65,000 salary (DOE)

Car allowance

Travel expenses covered

Performance-related bonus

Defined progression to Senior Quantity Surveyor after project completion
