M&E Project Manager

Are you an Electrical Project Manager or Contracts Manager in the midlands area? Keen to play an integral role in managing commercial, education and residential projects?

Duties will include managing the resourcing of direct / sub contract labour, liaising with specialist sub-contractors on their package works. You will also oversee the progression and development of all electrical projects during the construction, commissioning and snagging periods through to the project's completion.
Ideally you'll have a minimum of 5 years' management experience. You will also possess a strong work ethic and ambitious attitude.
You will have excellent commercial acumen and a focus on client relationships. In return for your commitment, you will receive a market leading remuneration package in line with your experience.
Travel to sites across GB is essential for this role but the majority of the time you will be based in Nuneaton.
