Site Manager – Cladding, New Build & Refurb | Dunstable

We’re recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established main contractor on a live project in Dunstable. The role has a strong cladding / external envelope element but also requires proven experience across new build and refurbishment schemes, typically within public sector or framework environments.

The role:

Day-to-day site management of external cladding works alongside wider project delivery

Managing subcontractors, programme, quality, and H&S across new build and refurb elements

Coordinating with project, design, and commercial teams

Ensuring compliance, QA, and high standards of delivery throughout

What we’re looking for:

Proven Site Manager experience within a main contractor environment

Strong background in cladding / façade packages

Demonstrable experience on new build and refurbishment projects

Solid understanding of sequencing, H&S, and quality control

SMSTS, CSCS (First Aid advantageous)
