A well-respected main contractor is looking for a Senior Site Manager to lead mid-sized new-build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects in education, healthcare, and heritage sectors.

What you’ll do:

Manage day-to-day site operations on projects £1M–£10M

Lead multi-discipline teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Ensure health & safety, framework compliance, and client satisfaction

You’ll need:

Main contractor site management experience on mid-sized projects

Experience in framework or public sector delivery desirable

Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
