We're currently working with an architectural stone company providing a bespoke service to tier 1 clients delivering high end luxury projects throughout London.

We are currently looking to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors following a recent internal review and upcoming workload.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established business working on major projects, with immediate requirements to meet.

The Role
We are open to meeting Quantity Surveyors with experience across:

* Tier 1 Contractors

* Tier 1 Subcontractors

* PQS backgrounds

Strong contract knowledge is essential, particularly:

* JCT

* Bespoke forms of contract

Experience & Background

* Minimum of 5 years’ post-graduate experience (more senior profiles welcomed, but strong emerging talent will not be discounted)

* BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

* Degree from a recognised university

* Minimum 2:1 classification

Package

* Salary in the region of £70,000 – £80,000 (dependent on experience)
