Role – Site Manager (no1. on site with visiting Contracts Manager)

Location – Chichester, Horhsam / West Sussex area

Salary – £45k – £60k + Package

I am looking for an experienced Site manager for a role with a high end homes contractor covering sites in West Sussex. They cover Hampshire and Sussex and work on projects valued Circa £10m+ of bespoke builds.

You will ideally have experience working in a stand alone site manager role (no1.)

Job Responsibilities:

Be a face for the contractor and work closley with the client
Organise contractors, sub-contractors, and conduct all operative and visitor inductions
Oversee daily site activities during both construction
Implement and maintain Health & Safety, Environmental, and building regulations
Manage materials effectively, aligning with development progress and budgets
Attend site meetings and conduct regular site inspectionsKey Attributes:

Having a strong background of working within the build industry
CSCS site manager qualified
First Aid
Valid Full UK Driving LIcence
Be confident working in a team and adapting to more responsibility
