We are recruiting for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to join a Main Contractor delivering a complex steel frame self-storage development in Hemel Hempstead.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong all-round PM with proven expertise managing steel-frame structures from early works through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Full project delivery of a steel frame self-storage build

*

Managing programme, subcontractors, and site operations

*

Overseeing health & safety, quality, and compliance

*

Driving progress against key milestones and client expectations

*

Coordinating design, procurement, and logistics

*

Reporting into Senior Management and supporting commercial teams

Required Experience

*

Extensive background delivering steel frame projects as a Project Manager

*

Main Contractor experience essential

*

Strong understanding of structural sequencing and build methodology

*

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

*

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred
