Mechanical Commissioning Engineer – Gävle, Sweden (On-site)
€80,000 – €90,000 per year + Accommodation + Transport + Rotation 17/4 + €1,300 Net Living Allowance per Month

A leading European contractor is seeking a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to support delivery of HVAC and mechanical commissioning on a major hyperscale data centre project in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

* Support mechanical commissioning planning and programme delivery

* Supervise installation works prior to testing

* Witness FATs, SATs and Integrated Systems Testing

* Commission mechanical plant (Chillers, AHUs, CRAHs)

* Manage vendors, subcontractors, and site coordination

* Oversee documentation, snagging, and final handover

* Ensure all works meet strict H&S and quality standards

Requirements

* Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services or relevant trade background

* 5+ years commissioning experience in mission-critical projects

* Data centre or pharma experience highly beneficial

* Strong communication and organisation skills
