A well-established and trusted Fire & Security solutions provider is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join their growing team, operating across the West of Scotland with an office base in Paisley.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience (or strong sales potential) who is looking to build a long-term career within the fire and security industry, working with commercial clients and delivering life-safety solutions.

The Role

As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and promoting a range of fire alarm, security, and life safety systems.

Key responsibilities include:

Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the West of Scotland

*

Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing commercial clients

*

Promoting and selling fire and security solutions tailored to customer requirements

*

Attending client meetings and site visits as required

*

Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sale to delivery

*

Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems

*

Contributing to sales targets and overall business growth

About You

*

Previous sales experience (B2B or B2C), ideally within fire & security, electrical, HVAC, or construction-related sectors

*

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

*

Confident, driven, and self-motivated

*

Willingness to learn technical products and solutions

*

Organised with good time management skills

*

Full UK driving licence preferred
