Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-end residential projects in South London. This is a hands-on role, combining site management responsibilities with physical, on-the-tools work when required. Ideal for someone who has come up through the trades and is comfortable leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of high-end residential sites

*

Managing and coordinating subcontractors and direct labour

*

Ensuring works are delivered to a high quality finish

*

Hands-on involvement in site works as required

*

Maintaining health & safety standards on site

*

Ordering materials and managing deliveries

*

Liaising with clients, designers, and project stakeholders

*

Keeping projects on programme and assisting with problem-solving on site

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within high-end residential projects

*

Strong on-the-tools background (essential)

*

Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades

*

Good understanding of build quality, finishes, and sequencing

*

Strong communication and leadership skills

*

Ability to balance management duties with physical site work

*

SMSTS / SSSTS preferred

*

First Aid & CSCS (or equivalent) desirable
