They are seeking a Senior Estimator to join their Pre‑Construction team. The ideal Senior Estimator will have:

Extensive experience estimating high‑end residential construction projects.
Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate an estimating team.
Proven experience preparing detailed cost plans, tenders, and competitive bids.
Confidence managing internal and external stakeholders throughout the bid process.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, and general estimating software.
Ability to work methodically across multiple tenders while meeting deadlines.
Quantity Surveying or Construction Management qualification (beneficial).Benefits:
