An experienced Freelance Site Manager is required to manage a groundworks package on a new build industrial unit in Stockton-on-Tees.

The works will include overseeing all groundworks activities from site set-up through to completion, working closely with subcontractors and the wider project team.

Scope of Works

Day-to-day site management of groundworks package

*

Managing earthworks, drainage, foundations and external works

*

Coordinating subcontractors, labour, plant and materials

*

Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and quality standards

*

Managing RAMS, permits and site H&S compliance

*

Liaison with client, engineers and project team

*

Maintaining site records and progress reporting

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on groundworks packages

*

Background in civils / groundworks on commercial or industrial builds

*

SMSTS

*

CSCS

*

First Aid
