Hours: Rotation 10 days on / 4 days off (or locally based)
Salary: €90,000 – €120,000 per annum (Flights & Accommodation provided)
This role is ideal for candidates fluent in English, legally able to live and work in Germany and the EU, and comfortable with a 10/4 rotational schedule.

They deliver complex infrastructure projects including commercial energy centres and district heating systems, combining design, manufacturing, and installation to provide turnkey, low-carbon solutions.
Role summary
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC – Quality Manager (Site) to lead site-based quality operations across multiple projects in Frankfurt. You will establish, implement, and maintain quality systems, ensuring all processes meet company, client, and regulatory standards. You will lead site-based engineers and drive continuous improvement from day one.
Candidates can be locally based or work on a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation, with flights and accommodation provided.
Key responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
*
Lead the QA/QC function on site, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
*
Supervise, mentor, and support site-based quality engineers.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
*
Implement and maintain quality management systems, site protocols, and regulatory standards.
*
Conduct audits, manage non-conformances, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
*
Collaborate with project teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
Process Improvement & Reporting
*
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
*
Develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.
*
Prepare reports on QA/QC metrics, audits, and risks for senior management.
Project Mobilisation Support
*
Support site onboarding and mobilisation, including Quality Plans, ITPs, MPV checks, PFMEA, and Control Plan development.
*
Promote continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
Skills & experience
Essential
*
3+ years in QA/QC, Quality Manager, or senior quality engineering roles in construction, manufacturing, or building services.
*
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
*
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
*
Native-level English proficiency.
Desirable
*
Degree in Quality, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
*
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
*
Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
