Salary: €90,000 – €130,000 per annum
Other: Flights & Accommodation provided for relocators, including solo accommodation and up to 10 flights per year.
This role is ideal for candidates fluent in English, legally able to work in Germany and the EU, and open to relocation or company-provided accommodation.

Role summary
We are seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to lead Data Centre projects in the Frankfurt region. This senior role has full responsibility for project delivery, team coordination, and client engagement. You will manage all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, resourcing, compliance, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Candidates can relocate to Frankfurt (with company-provided accommodation and flights) or be locally based.
Key responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and execute Data Centre construction and service projects from mobilisation to completion.
* Lead multi-disciplinary project teams, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
* Manage project risks, compliance, and safety standards across all sites.
* Serve as the primary client liaison for project updates, reporting, and issue resolution.
* Implement quality assurance processes and maintain documentation in line with company standards.
* Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making across teams to resolve operational challenges.
* Track project performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for continual improvement.
* Support relocation or on-site accommodation logistics for team members as required.
Skills & experience
Essential
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in Data Centre, construction, engineering, or building services projects.
* Strong leadership, planning, and team management capabilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
* Ability to relocate or manage long-term on-site accommodation and travel.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and compliance standards.
Desirable
* Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
* Experience managing international or multi-site projects.
* Familiarity with CSA systems, quality standards, and project documentation tools.
