QS – Healthcare – London

Michael Page

This is a London-based Quantity Surveyor role focused exclusively on delivering healthcare projects across the South of the UK for a respected cost consultancy. The position suits a QS with 2+ years' healthcare experience who is MRICS qualified or working toward chartership and looking to build a long-term career in the healthcare sector.

Client Details

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded cost consultancy operating across the UK construction market, with a strong reputation in the delivery of complex healthcare projects. The business works closely with NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, and public-sector stakeholders, delivering technically challenging schemes across acute, primary, and specialist care environments.

Based in their London office, the healthcare team delivers projects predominantly across the South of the UK, supporting clients from early feasibility through to final account. The consultancy offers the structure, systems, and project exposure of a larger practice, while maintaining a close-knit, collaborative culture with clear access to senior leadership.

Due to continued growth within their healthcare portfolio, the business is now seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least 2 years' healthcare experience to support live projects and progress toward chartership and senior-level responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a QS looking to specialise further in healthcare within a stable, well-supported environment.
