Permanent Salary: £45,000 per annum

About the Role

Anglian Recruitment are working with a growing contractor delivering works across the social housing sector, and we are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Supervisor with strong refurbishment experience who is confident managing operatives and subcontractors across occupied properties.

First Aid at Work

Proven experience within Social Housing

Strong background in refurbishment works

*

Experience supervising trades on live / occupied sites

*

Excellent H&S knowledge

*

Ability to manage programmes and ensure quality control

Responsibilities

*

Day-to-day site supervision

*

Managing direct labour & subcontractors

*

Ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget

Maintaining strict health & safety standards

*

Liaising with tenants, clients and office teams

*

Quality checks and sign-off

This role offers long-term stability with the opportunity to move into a permanent position after the initial temporary period.
