We are working with a market leader in the structural steel fabrication sector. With a track record of delivering complex project throughout the country for some of the most demanding clients they are currently going through an extended growth period.

They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with strong knowledge of steel fabrication to take ownership of projects from handover through to final account.

The role will be predominantly site-based in London, overseeing programmes, budgets, and delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

They are looking for someone who has the following:

Proven experience in contracts/project management within construction or fit-out.
Understanding of steel fabrication processes.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
