About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on a commercial construction project. This is a key site-based role, responsible for managing operatives, ensuring quality standards, and delivering works safely, on time, and to specification.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical labour and subcontractors on site

*

Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme

*

Maintain high standards of health & safety, including site inductions and toolbox talks

*

Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and other trades

*

Order materials and manage deliveries to suit the programme

*

Carry out quality checks and snagging of electrical installations

*

Maintain site records, reports, and progress updates

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

*

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects

*

SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)

*

ECS / CSCS Gold Card or equivalent

*

Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively on site

*

Good organisational and problem-solving skills
