Site Manager

Our client is a main contractor who specialise within the restoration, high end residential & commercial sectors. Their projects range from £50k – £250k and include both internal and external refurbishments / repairs. 

They are in the market for a temp to perm Site Manager to oversee external repairs on a high profile entertainment venue, the project is valued at £150k. 

Duties will involve, managing the day to day running of the site as the number one reporting into a visiting contracts manager, in charge of health and safety, client liaison and subcontractor management. 

This is a great chance to join a growing business, our client are open to converting this role onto a perm contract or keeping long term freelance.
