Junior Electrical Project Manager

A well-established and highly regarded MEP subcontractor is seeking a Junior Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team, delivering prestigious multi-million-pound projects across Central London.

Operating across the commercial fit-out, high-end residential and industrial sectors, this contractor has built a strong reputation for quality delivery and long-term client relationships. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a motivated electrical professional ready to take the next step in their career.

The Role

This position is ideal for a qualified electrician who has gained supervisory experience and is now looking to progress into management. The successful candidate will be supported and developed within the business, with clear progression into a fully-fledged Electrical Project Manager role.

You will be involved in:

* Assisting in the management of electrical packages on high-value projects

* Supporting programme delivery and coordination with site teams

* Supervising operatives and subcontractors

* Ensuring health & safety compliance on site

* Liaising with main contractors, consultants and clients

* Supporting procurement and material management

Requirements

* Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) – Gold / black card

* SSSTS or SMSTS certification

* Previous experience within commercial fit-out, high-end residential, or industrial projects

* Experience in a supervisory or lead electrician capacity

* Strong technical electrical knowledge

* Ambition to progress into project management
