As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll support the Site Manager, supervise staff and subcontractors, maintain health & safety, manage materials, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
You’ll need:
* NVQ/BTEC in construction
* SMSTS & CSCS
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience in housebuilding projects
* Strong organisation, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must.
