Job Title: Site Manager – Residential Re-Cladding (Tenanted Building)

Duration: Fixed-Term 12 Weeks Remaining

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a live residential re-cladding project with approximately 12 weeks remaining. The project involves works on a tenanted building, so experience managing occupied sites is essential.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive and hands-on professional who is confident delivering high-quality façade remediation works while maintaining excellent health & safety and resident liaison standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live residential re-cladding project

*

Manage subcontractors, labour, and site logistics

*

Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards

*

Coordinate and monitor programme to ensure timely completion

*

Maintain strict health & safety compliance, especially in a tenanted environment

*

Liaise with residents and ensure minimal disruption

*

Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and progress meetings

*

Report progress to senior management

Essential Requirements

*

Proven experience managing residential re-cladding projects

*

Experience working on tenanted / occupied buildings

*

Strong knowledge of façade systems, fire remediation, and envelope works

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
