Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with additional on-site work as required

The Role

An established creative construction company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of scenic construction and creative production projects across retail environments, brand activations, live events, exhibitions, and performance spaces.

The successful candidate will manage projects from initial client brief through design development, fabrication, and final installation. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, schedules, and resources, while coordinating design, engineering, workshop, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

This role is well suited to someone with experience in fast-paced creative production who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, balance creative intent with practical delivery, and maintain control under tight deadlines.

Key Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience within scenic construction or creative production

Proven experience managing budgets, programmes, and multidisciplinary teams

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Good understanding of scenic build processes, materials, and fabrication methods

*

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, and SketchUp

*

Knowledge of UK health & safety regulations and site procedures

*

Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines

*

Flexible approach to working hours and site-based work
