Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 + package

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of London’s most respected main contractors, working on a flagship £50million+ residential scheme in Hammersmith. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven commercial professional seeking a long-term role on a high-profile project.

The Role:
We are looking for someone who can take full commercial responsibility for a major residential development. Key duties will include:

Leading all commercial and contractual management of the project

Managing procurement and major subcontract packages

*

Cost control, forecasting and monthly commercial reporting

*

Overseeing valuations, variations, CVRs and final accounts

*

Ensuring strong contract compliance and risk management

*

Supporting and guiding junior commercial team members
