We are seeking an experienced Planner to join a team delivering a major revamp of Terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport.

This is a high-profile, live environment project where planning excellence is critical. We are looking for a Planner who understands sequencing, buildability, logistics, and complex programme strategy on major projects.

The Role
Working closely with our Planning Team, Project Team, and Supply Chain Partners, you will:

Develop robust, logically linked construction programmes using Primavera P6
Sequence complex works in a live operational environment
Plan and coordinate resources across current and future workloads
Identify programme risks early and implement mitigation strategies
Collaborate with design and estimating teams to optimise buildability and construction sequencing
Produce and demonstrate Extension of Time (EOT) entitlement under NEC contracts
Support associated works including a Car Park project
What We're Looking For

Proven experience with large UK main contractors
Strong expertise in Primavera P6
Demonstrable experience planning complex projects – not just maintaining programmes
Civils bias preferred
Experience with superstructures (e.g., rampways, heavy civils structures)
Strong understanding of NEC contracts
Ability to identify complex project issues early and proactively reduce programme impact
