We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of an £8m hospital refurbishment project in North London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering high-quality healthcare projects, where patient safety, compliance, and programme certainty are critical.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the refurbishment project within a live hospital environment. You will oversee all aspects of the build, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Full lifecycle project management from pre-construction through to handover

*

Managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships

*

Ensuring works are delivered in line with healthcare regulations and HTM requirements

*

Programme management and reporting

*

Budget control and cost management

*

Managing works within a live hospital environment with minimal disruption

*

Ensuring strict health & safety compliance

Requirements

*

Proven experience delivering hospital refurbishment projects (essential)

*

Experience managing projects valued at £5m+

*

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and working in live environments

*

Excellent leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively

*

Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree)

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred)
