Gan adrodd i’r Rheolwr Projectau Cyfalaf a chydweithio ag ef, byddwch yn arwain ar ddatblygu, rheoli, cydlynu, cynllunio, rheoli rhaglenni, creu rhagolygon ariannol a rheoli risg ar gyfer nifer o brojectau cyfalaf ar draws ystâd restredig a hanesyddol Amgueddfa Cymru.
Cydlynu a mewnbynnu i ddatblygu a rheoli rhaglen yr Amgueddfa o brojectau cyfalaf, ac arwain a monitro projectau cyfalaf gwasanaethau adeiladau dirprwyedig.
Cydlynu â holl randdeiliaid y projectau a datblygu briffiau project.
Arwain a rheoli’r gwaith o bennu gwasanaethau proffesiynol a gweithdrefnau caffael er mwyn pennu contractau gwaith cyfalaf.
Dilyn gweithdrefnau llywodraethu project yr Amgueddfa ar gyfer dyfarnu ac amrywio cyllidebau project a chontractau gwaith a gwasanaethau.
Darparu adroddiadau project ariannol ar gyfer holl gamau project, gan ddefnyddio meddalwedd ariannol yr Amgueddfa ac adrodd am y rhaglen, cyllideb, gwariant a gwariant a ragwelir.
Cynnwys strategaethau a dewisiadau datgarboneiddio mewn projectau cyfalaf a chydweithio â’r tîm cynnal a chadw parthed perfformiad ynni ac adrodd.
Cydlynu a chynllunio pob projectau cyfalaf dirprwyedig gyda holl randdeiliaid y project a chynnal gweithrediadau a gofynion diogelwch yr Amgueddfa.

Senior Project Manager, St Fagans: National History Museum

Job Summary
Reporting to and working with the Capital Projects Manager, you will lead the development; management; co-ordination; planning; programme management; financial forecasting; and risk management of multiple capital projects across the Amgueddfa Cymru’s listed and historic estate.
Co-ordinate and input into the development and management of the museum’s capital programme of projects, and lead and monitor delegated capital building projects.
Co-ordinate with all project stakeholders and develop project briefs.
Lead and manage the award of professional services appointments and the procurement procedures for awarding of works capital contracts.
Follow the museum’s project governance procedures for awarding and varying project budgets, works and services contracts.
Provide financial project reports at all stages of the project lifecycle, using the museum financial software system and report on programme, budget, expenditure, and forecast spend.
Incorporate decarbonisation strategies and options into capital projects and liaise with the maintenance team with regards to energy performance and reporting.
Co-ordinate and plan all delegated capital projects with all project stakeholders and maintain museum operations and security requirements.
