Site Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build housing project in Norwich. This is initially a 1-week contract, with further upcoming projects offering strong potential for ongoing work.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project runs safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing all site activities and subcontractors
Ensuring health & safety compliance and site regulations are maintained
Managing site programme and coordinating trades effectively
Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
Monitoring quality control and ensuring works meet specifications
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and senior management
Maintaining accurate site records and reports
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager within new build housing
Valid SMSTS
First Aid at Work
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to hit the ground running
