A £1Bn turnover tier 1 main contractor, specialising in industrial and commercial new build projects, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale steel frame industrial units, including warehouses and distribution centres. Average project values are around £50M, so experience managing high-value schemes is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all on-site operations on new build industrial projects

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

*

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

*

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale steel frame industrial projects

*

Willingness to lodge as required is essential

*

Full driving licence, CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid Certificates (minimum)

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
