Senior Quantity Surveyor

A market leading, Cost Management practice is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with healthcare experience to join their head office in central London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on a range of healthcare projects across the UK, with the majority based in the city and the Southeast.

As part of your role, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor shall work on a mixture of large and small projects, providing pre and post cost management services where appropriate – primarily using the NEC contract.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS, or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
Must have experience of working on healthcare projects
Excellent pre and post cost management knowledge
Capable of working independently
Previous or current PQS / Consultancy experienceIn Return?
