Senior Site Manager

We are looking for a proven Senior Site Manager to take full operational control on a high value landmark high-rise, RC frame, multi-room development in Leeds.

This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager who wants:

This is not a stepping-up role. You must already be operating at Senior Site Manager level on complex high-value schemes.

What We're Looking For

Delivered £40M+ projects start-to-finish

Strong experience in High-Rise construction

Proven track record in RC Frame structures

Background in multi-room developments (hotel, PBSA, residential, healthcare etc.)

Managed large site teams including other managers

Temporary Works Coordinator experience

Comfortable leading large subcontractor packages

Strong commercial awareness

You must be confident managing:

Multiple site managers and package managers

Large labour forces

Complex sequencing and logistics

High-pressure programme environments

The Role

You will take ownership of all site operations, leading and motivating a large team while ensuring delivery across:

Programme

Quality

Commercial performance

You will be the driving force on site – ensuring managers, subcontractors and supervisors are performing to the required standards.

This role requires someone who can command presence, lead from the front and maintain control of a technically complex RC high-rise build.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

Lead, manage and motivate large teams and managers

Ensure accountability across all site functions

Drive productivity and performance

Develop future leaders within the team

Operations

Manage RC frame sequencing and high-rise logistics

Oversee all subcontractor packages

Chair contractor and coordination meetings

Work closely with the Project Manager on programme strategy

Health & Safety

Take full ownership of H&S on site

Drive a strong safety-first culture

Quality & Commercial

Maintain high QA standards

Work closely with the QS team on cost control and risk management

Understand contractual obligations across the supply chain
