Turner Property Recruitment is supporting a boutique consultancy who are looking for a knowledgeable H&S Advisor to join their team in the North West.

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Manchester for a Health and Safety Advisor. The Health and Safety Advisor will oversee and implement health and safety policies to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment. Core responsibilities include conducting site inspections, audits, accident investigations and providing safety training.

The H&S Advisor would be working on projects across various sectors such as residential, leisure, healthcare and education. It's an ideal role for a Health and Safety Advisor keen to build experience, or for someone later in their H&S career looking for a less pressured, more balanced role.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in Health & Safety regulations and practices across the construction industry

* Expertise in conducting Accident Investigations

* Ability to deliver effective safety training to diverse teams

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working collaboratively

* Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent qualifications

* Proven experience in similar roles within property or construction industries
