Bid Coordinator – Contracting Projects

A growing company in the construction and contracting sector is seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator to support project teams with tender preparation, bid submissions, and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities

*

Prepare and submit compliant, professional bids and supporting materials

*

Maintain project information, case studies, and tender portals

*

Produce visuals, illustrations, and marketing content for bids

*

Prepare handover packs for successful projects

*

Manage documentation including CVs, method statements, and health & safety files

*

Provide support to colleagues as required

About You

*

Experience in bid coordination or tender support (construction preferred)

*

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

*

Proficient in IT, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar

*

Strong communication and presentation skills

*

Full, clean driving licence
