About the Company:
A leading facilities management organisation is seeking a dynamic safety professional to join a growing team supporting a diverse portfolio of construction and facilities projects across the UK estate.
The Role:
This is a fixed-term (2-year) position predominantly based in the South of England, with regular travel to other UK sites. The successful candidate will work alongside Project Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure the safe delivery of projects of varying sizes. Key responsibilities include supporting compliance with CDM 2015 Regulations, assisting in fulfilling the Principal Designer role for small works, conducting site inspections, supporting contractor compliance, carrying out accident and incident investigations, contributing to audits, and reporting on contractor performance. The role requires a proactive individual capable of managing a large portfolio of projects and helping to improve processes and working practices across the business.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
* NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 (preferred)
* Membership of IOSH with up-to-date CPD
* Strong understanding of the Principal Designer role (IMaPS/CMaPS advantageous)
* Experience working within construction or facilities management environments
* Ability to implement CDM 2015 Regulations effectively
