Fit Out Site Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Fit Out Site Supervisor to join a well-established contractor working on high-quality commercial fit out projects.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is confident running sites, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of site operations on fit out projects

Supervising subcontractors and direct labour

Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times

Managing site programmes and coordinating works

Conducting toolbox talks and site inductions

Maintaining quality control and snagging

Reporting progress to Project Managers and senior team

Requirements:

Valid SSSTS

Valid CSCS
First Aid at Work certificate

Proven fit out experience (commercial / office / retail)

Strong understanding of health & safety procedures

Ability to manage multiple trades and work to deadlines

Excellent communication and organisational skills
