Architect / Architectural Technologist – Cladding

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist or Architect with specialist cladding expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident job-runner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of façade and envelope packages from concept through to delivery.

Key Requirements for this Cladding-Focused Role

Fully qualified Architect (ARB registered) or experienced Architectural Technologist (CIAT preferred)

Proven track record delivering cladding / façade packages on complex projects

Strong understanding of rainscreen systems, façade detailing, fire compliance, and material performance

Experience coordinating cladding with structure, MEP, and specialist subcontractors

Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations, fire safety guidance, and façade-related standards

Proficiency in Revit and producing detailed technical drawings for façade systems

Job-running experience, with the ability to manage cladding packages independently across all project stages

Experience within healthcare projects and familiarity with HTM/HBN standards is desirable

Strong technical focus, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Clear communicator with contractors, consultants, and clients
