Site Manager – Window & Door Replacement (Social Housing)Location: Milton Keynes 
Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a window and door replacement programme within occupied social housing properties. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard while maintaining excellent resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage subcontractors and site teams across multiple properties

Oversee programme delivery and report progress to the Contracts Manager

Ensure Health & Safety compliance (RAMS, inductions, toolbox talks)

Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging

Act as on-site point of contact for residents

Requirements:
Proven experience in social housing refurbishment

Experience managing window and door replacement projects

Strong background working in occupied properties

SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level), First Aid

Excellent organisational and communication skills
