Site Manager

Site Manager required in Oxford

GVR Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join one of our longest standing clients. They are a well-established main contractor who undertake Structural and refurbishment projects in the Education and Healthcare sectors.

The initial project for the Site Manager will be overseeing a hospital extension scheme which will consist of the Groundworks, Build and fit out of the extension on a Hospital in Oxford.

Project: £8m Healthcare extension – Consisting of Groundworks, Build & Fit out of a Hospital extension

Location: Oxford

Rate: £250pd – £300pd

Duration: 12 month contract

Requirements for the Site Manager:

* Must have experience working on build, refurbishment or fit out projects in the Healthcare and live services sectors

* Experience working for a Well-established main contractor

* Experience working as the no.1 Manager

* Highly driven and have a good eye for detail & quality

* SMSTS

* CSCS Card

* First Aid

* Asbestos Awareness

* Temporary works

* Trade background is preferential but not essential
