Site Agent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a United Utilities project in Manchester, with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a live water infrastructure scheme within a regulated utilities environment.

Site Agent Role & Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day site operations on a United Utilities scheme

*

Supervising site teams, subcontractors, and direct labour

*

Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, drawings, and specifications

*

Supporting the Project Manager with planning, reporting, and commercial awareness

*

Managing RAMS, permits, and site documentation

*

Overseeing quality control, inspections, and as-built records

*

Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and client standards

*

Liaising with United Utilities representatives and key stakeholders

Site Agent Requirements:

*

Proven experience working as a Site Agent on water or utilities projects

*

Experience on clean water or wastewater schemes essential

*

Strong understanding of civil engineering construction methodology

*

SMSTS essential

*

Valid CSCS card

*

EUSR Water Hygiene desirable

*

Strong leadership and communication skills
